Terms of Service

Who we are

Leaftide ("we", "us") is operated by Joao Pedro Bragatti Winckler, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Using Leaftide

You must be 16+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activities under your account.

Plans, pricing and taxes

Current plan prices are shown on /pricing and include UK VAT where applicable. If your billing address is outside the UK, the applicable tax will be calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • We will provide a reminder before renewal where required.
  • You can cancel any time from account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

We generally don't offer refunds for partial periods. If a payment was made in error or you experienced a material service failure, contact support within 14 days and we'll review case-by-case. See Cancellations & Refunds.

Fair use & acceptable use

No unlawful content or behaviour. No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated account creation without written permission.

Content you add

You retain rights in your content. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to share.

Service changes

We may change or limit features. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

Leaftide provides general gardening information and planning tools. It is not professional horticultural, agronomic, or medical advice. Always follow product labels and local regulations. See Safety & Advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms (including acceptable use). Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. On termination, your right to use Leaftide ends immediately, though you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
