Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request account deletion.
How to request deletion
- Log into your Leaftide account
- Go to Settings → Profile
- Scroll down and click Delete Account
- Submit your deletion request
- We'll process your request within 30 days and email you when it's complete
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information
- All gardens and garden settings
- All plantings, varieties, and growing plans
- Journal entries and harvest records
- Care routines and task history
- Subscription and billing data
- Any photos or attachments you've uploaded
What we may retain
In accordance with legal requirements, we may retain:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
- Records required for tax, legal, or compliance purposes
- Transaction records as required by financial regulations
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your account and data have been deleted.
If you change your mind before we process your request, contact us and we can cancel it.
